PBS Scratch Jr

This year I have had the privilege of helping a local school to increase the presence of Computer Science in their after school program. I have chosen to start this process with a great resource from PBS Media.  PBS has done an amazing job integrating the core subjects of reading, writing, math, social studies, and science into Scratch Jr coding lessons with PBS Kids characters.  Their resources are very user friendly and the app is free! I have used two of their lessons so far and students are loving them.  What a great and easy way to amp up your after school program.  Check out the link below to give it a try or contact me for more information!
